Catch Me If You Can

Spielberg's light-hearted take on the true story of Frank Abagnale, Jr. arrives on Blu-ray with a load of extras and a colorful transfer that makes this film worthy of a second look. Telling the true story of con-artist Frank Abagnale, Jr. and the FBI agent who pursued him, "Catch Me If You Can" stars Leonardo DiCaprio as Frank and Tom Hanks as agent Carl Hanratty. Mostly whimsical with a deeper story about father figures, the movie is a treat simply in spotting the smaller roles by actors such as Amy Adams and Jennifer Garner.

Special features are numerous. As always, Spielberg avoids the film commentary, but there is plenty for him to say in the various featurettes included on the disc.

"Catch Me If You Can: Behind the Camera" is a 17 minute featurette on the making of the film.

"Catch Me If You Can: The Casting of the Film" includes five mini feautures on the main actors in the film.

"Scoring: Catch Me If You Can" - explores the film's score with composer John Williams.

"Frank Abagnale: Between Reality and Fiction" - looks at the life and machinations of Abagnale, Jr. and how he turned his life around.

"The FBI Perspective" - discussed how an FBI consultant was brought in to make the cast, set, and procedures authentic.

"Cathc Me If You Can: In Closing" - final thoughts on the film.

Also includes Photo Galleries of the Cast, Behind-the Scenes, and Costume Design.
