Rumjungle Italia: Only for the Casual

Sunday Oct 25, 2015

Picture this! Three siblings from a family line of clothing manufacturers board a plane from Rome to Las Vegas on their summer vacation and wind up at the now defunct nightclub of the Mandalay Bay. The topic of discussion? A new line of clothing for themselves - something they can call their very own. But wait! They need a name. So they christened it after the nightclub: Rumjungle!

The line takes off right from the start, winning the hearts of young Italians up and down the boot with their cool street looks of jeanseria, faux furs, and eco-leathers. As for price points, they are just right! Now Rumjungle is returning to the place of its conception, North America, having already appeared twice at New York Fashion Week!

For this winter season, Rumjungle proposes an original cosmopolitan look that is inspired by everyday life, all the while maintaining the vintage theme, which you will find in the washed fabrics, cold dyes, and structures of some items.

Part of the men's collection gives a nod to the Dandy image, which is expressed in the style of some jackets and blazers. Moreover, inevitable enrichments include signature items with refined details like paisley on denim shirts, blazers, and outerwear; embellishing bowties; and particular cuts of pants.

The real novelty this season is the RJ One capsule collection, which is made up of Made in Italy items that are often an asymmetrical cut and loose fit-all intended for the more aggressive man who wants to follow street trends and be in step with fashion.

Moreover, after the success of a recent experiment with a capsule collection of sneakers, Rumjungle has decided to expand their offer with a wider model shoe collection, as well as some bags and backpacks for both men and for women.
