Sunday River Resort Turns Up Wow Factor for Annual GLTBQ Weekend, February 9-11, 2018

Sunday River Resort, in partnership with Outryders-New England's largest GLTBQ ski and snowboard club-will celebrate their annual White Out Weekend (WOW Weekend) February 9-11, 2018.

Synonymous with what has become a huge on-snow celebration of love and human rights, Sunday River's WOW boasts special GLTBQ events in addition to some of the best skiing and snowboarding in New England.

From après socials and an on-snow scavenger hunt, to a huge party at the resort's mid-mountain Peak Lodge on Saturday night featuring DJ Maryalice, WOW weekend goes from first chair until last call.

This year's mid-mountain party theme is "The Mad Hatter Par-Tea," inviting guests to dress in the best interpretation of this classic fairytale.

Every weekend, Sunday River offers ample evening entertainment on Fridays and Saturdays with night skiing, snow tubing, and a lighted ice skating rink.
The resort's Foggy Goggle, known for its award winning après scene, also keeps the weekend fun going with live entertainment. During WOW Weekend, the Foggy Goggle will host Brad Hooper on Friday, February 9 from 3-6 p.m. and Gravel Project from 3-6 p.m. on Saturday, February 10, 2018.
