If you pay attention to Taylor Swift's Internet presence like I do, then you'll know what she's been up to this weekend.

Like any other young 20-something, Taylor loves Instagram. And though she has over 10 million followers, and only follows 17 people, it didn't stop her from commenting on a fan's picture and leaving some words of advice about getting over a breakup -- because there is no one better to give breakup advice than Taylor Swift.

According to Business Insider, Taylor, 23, commented on a photo by a fan named Caitlyn, who tagged the singer in a post about heartbreak. Taylor wrote:

Hey Caitlyn. You are absolutely beautiful. Your pictures are so intriguing and I love your style. You seem so incredibly unique. In the words of one of my favorite Paramore songs, I hate to see your heart break. Honestly I wish it had never happened to you and I wish you could speed up time and all of a sudden see this pain in retrospect.

You and I both know there's got to be some greater storyline for you than 'girl gets heart broken, was sad forever.'

I think a nice one would be 'girl gets heart broken, was sad for a while but in her heartbreak she found freedom, friends, and the ability to look back and laugh at all she'd learned. She now lives her life on her own terms and still has fantastic hair.' I love you. Hang in there.

Caitlyn responded to Taylor's reply and wrote: "Taylor Swift just commented on my Instagram when I needed her most and I'm going through heartbreak and I'm crying,"

Business Insider notes this isn't the first time Taylor has reached out to fans. The Daily Mail reports last month she went on a commenting spree and left heartfelt and sincere messages to fans on the picture-sharing app.

In more news of Saint Taylor Swift, Gawker reports this week that she visited Jordan Nickerson, a 7-year-old boy who has Williams Syndrome and is now battling leukemia in a Boston hospital, and sang whatever song he wanted. She did this after playing with him and talked about Spider-Man.

Jordan couldn't decide what song he wanted to hear so he asked Taylor to play her favorite. She went with "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together," and Jordan couldn't be happier -- singing the hit single at the top of his lungs.

After the song, they played a round of air hockey.
